Lindsay and Sam dined with moms!!

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson turned date-night into a family affair Sunday, when they dined at New York’s Bar Pitti with their moms, Dina Lohan and Ann Dexter Jones.

“All was calm,” said an onlooker. “They weren’t too animated.”

Later, after noshing on the restaurant’s Italian fare, Lindsay and Ronson slipped outside for a quick smoke-break.

All in all, the group seemed subdued but happy – and quite comfortable with each other.

“Dina tousled her hair a lot, like you see her do on TV,” said the fellow diner. “They all looked very natural, like they’ve hung out before.”

The elder Lohan has been vocal in her support of Ronson, who some see as a stabilizing influence in Lindsay’s life. As Dina told PEOPLE earlier this year, “Samantha is an angel.”

Lindsay appears similarly close with the Ronson clan. The actress was recently spotted hanging with the deejay’s extended family during a Miami getaway.

Lesbian sisterhood!

Gosh, we were under the general impression that just about every person in the entire planet loved the whole LiRo relationship, but apparently we were wrong. A gay right’s group have just launched a scathing attack on Lindsay and have claimed that the Mean Girls actress is simply “gay for play” and a disgrace to lesbians everywhere…

The Centre for Sapphic Studies in Los Angeles, is an organisation with committed members whose job it is to “further the cause of our lesbian sisterhood”, and they don’t think Lindsay Lohan is doing any such thing. In fact, they feel her relationship with Ronson only serving to damage their movement. Director of the organisation Karen Whittaker recently had this to say about Lindsay:

“Celebrities like Lindsay Lohan are merely ‘Gay for Play’ and are attempting to cash in on the faddish appeal of lesbianism without any commitment to our cause.”

An angry, and possibly hairy, Karen continued:

“Lindsay Lohan is not only a fake lesbian, but she’s a fake b**ch. She could easily come out. Rosie O’Donnell, and Ellen DeGeneres certainly came out and they had a lot more to lose than Lindsay does. Lindsay won’t come out because she only cares about herself and this is just a phase she’s going through. When Ronson dumps her she’ll just pick up the pieces and date a man.”

Alright Karen, calm down love, there’s nothing wrong with a bit of gay for play. Let’s face it – it’s a lot better than being gay for pay, like Katy Perry…

LL & Samantha love also to shop together…..

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson spent their afternoon in LA doing the usual — shopping, lunch at The Ivy, Cheez-It and cigarette run, then back to more shopping. None of the recent rumors about a maybe Michel Phelps crush, possible flirting with boys, or running into all sorts of exes seem to be getting in the way of LL and SR’s relationship. In fact, the girls look closer than ever sharing an intimate moment between perusing the stores. Maybe I’m just so used to seeing Sam’s scowl, but she looks pretty great here smiling at Linds right?

Ellen hopes for more same sex marriages!!

Talk show queen Ellen DeGeneres hopes her marriage to actress Portia De Rossi will inspire generations to become more open-minded about same-sex unions.

The lesbian couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at their Beverly Hills, California home on Saturday after the state lifted its ban on gay marriage. And the 50-year-old insists the pair’s own marital obstacles could break down barriers for equal rights activists in the future.

DeGeneres says: “I feel like it is long overdue. And I think someday people will look back on this – like women not having the right to vote, and segregation and anything else that seems ridiculous – like we all don’t have the same rights.”

Ellen & Portia planning to have Kids?

With their weekend nuptials now behind them – and chronicled in words and exclusive pictures in the new issue of PEOPLE – Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi are contemplating their future together.

They may not be alone.

“We go back and forth,” de Rossi, 35, tells PEOPLE about the prospect of having children. “I don’t know if it’s our immediate future. It’s something we talk about every few months.”

“It’s something we would never take lightly and just say, ‘That would be fun.’ It’s a lot of work and we recognize that,” says DeGeneres, 50. “In a way, we want to be selfish because we love our life, but we know how much that adds to it.”

And, Ellen adds, “If they would be as pretty as Brad and Angelina‘s kids, we might.”

As reported by OK! on Saturday, Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi were wed on Saturday at their Beverly Hills home before a small crowd of 20 close family and friends.
In the first official photo released of the ceremony, you can see the happy couple posing for pics on their lawn before the ceremony.

Both Portia and Ellen, who announced the news of their engagement on her hit daytime talk show, were dressed in Zac Posen for their special day.

Ellen is speaking out about her wedding!

In a message just released, the newly married talk show host says:

“I had a big, big weekend. I got married to Portia de Rossi! Sorry, John Stamos…this one’s taken.

You may notice something different about the way I’m writing…it’s fancy. This is the font I type in now that I’m MARRIED! I do a lot of things differently now …I say, “I do” a lot. For example: Who wants to do pilates? I do. Would you like a Mountain Dew? I do. Do you know why I pulled you over? I do. And that was just this morning.

The wedding was everything we hoped it would be. I wish I could’ve invited all of you. But I have some pictures and video I can show you when Season 6 starts on September 8th. I can’t wait to see them too…it was all a blur. See you then.

Which Actress Is Going to Pay Someone to Be Her Lesbian Lover?

How do you try and revive a career that only you want revived? Well, in Hollywood this year you can either get pregnant, or do what this C list film/B list television actress that I love to hate is going to do. Become a lesbian. Yes, you heard it here first. This actress is going to loudly dump her boyfriend and start dating a woman simply for the publicity…Instead of paying someone to be a beard for you, this actress is going to take some of her fast dwindling cash and pay someone to be her lesbian lover.

Out first guess was Mischa Barton, though it must be said that the same-sex angle didn’t work out so well for her character on The O.C. Then our thoughts drifted to Heroes star Hayden Panettiere, but her girl-crush on Angelina Jolie is a little predictable for a starlet who’s truly hoping to make sapphic waves. Could it be, then, that Gossip Girl’s Blake Lively has been sharing her traveling pants with someone the same size? It’s possible, but we’ll throw our weight behind dark horse guess Kendra Wilkinson of The Girls Next Door. What better way to avoid typecasting as a boy-crazy bimbo than to ditch the Hef for someone more substantial…you know, like Tila Tequila!

Sam&LL makeover has begun

Sporting crisp white jeans and a v-neck shirt, Samantha Ronson took her invisible pitbull on a walk in Larchmont with gal pal Lindsay Lohan. Lohan appeared to be extremely receptive, nearly beaming with pride over Ronson’s mini-makeover from black jeans and rock tees. Lohan said, “The summer is over in a couple of weeks, but it’s great to see Sammy finally embrace it. And she’s also ready for the fall with the cute flannel.” Lohan did not want to get her hopes up, but she believed that this is a step in the right direction for Ronson and that a shopping trip to Hollister is probably in their near future.
